All technical and management personnel of ECT are from CCC (Compressor Control Corp). With years of experience in CCC prompted them to leave CCC and use Allen Bradley's open hardware PLC as a carrier to solve the black box problems that has criticized by most users. For example, all the field service must be performed only by the authorized engineer, users/maintenance department are not able to fix on their own, the cost of spare parts is too high, etc.
