Triplex Engineering Technology (TET) was established in 1999, who has been the professional leader of advanced technology to assist users in their industries by upgrading and improving the performance of existing critical equipment. After more than 20 years of experience, TET has been the first and best choice of the valve and damper actuator revamping territory. Our customers cover oil refining, petrochemical, coal-fired, gas-fired power, and steel industries.
In 2008 many industrial aftermarket services were unable to respond immediately to the rapid growth of orders and opportunities for sales declined. TET was determined to work hard to turn the crisis into an opportunity. By concentrating on internal sales and technical training and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) TET was able to show that along with professional sales efforts maintenance/ service was available upon request.
In 2011 REXA honored TET as the outstanding representative in Asia and was established as the exclusive authorized representative in Vietnam.
In 2016, a Service Branch was established in DaCheng, Changhua County. This branch is a REXA Authorized Service Center managing customers in Taiwan and Asia.

TET established, from the first day of operation, a sincere desire to provide technological products with a professional technical service team and make customers’ needs and satisfaction the first priority. By establishing the 24/7 service center TET gained the support and trust from a number of clients and goodwill has been established.
TET has a variety of customers in different industries such as oil refining, petrochemical, power, steel, etc. With the evolution of technology and changes in the global environment, the issues of energy efficiency and energy saving/ cost effectiveness are important trends in the future. By offering technology-based solutions and professional aftermarket service TET is set to continue the practice of offering customers the best solutions to existing and future application problems.
Management Guideline
TET has established the following guidelines regarding the Asian markets.
- Develop the Vietnamese market by introducing and sharing the years of expertise in process control to the local markets. Since being appointed the exclusive representative in Vietnam in 2011, TET has provided service to Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation’s Blast Furnace / Coke Oven / Energy Division, Formosa Industries Corporation, Noi Bai Airport Aviation Fuel Service JSC, Vinacomin Group - Cao Ngan Power Plant.
- At present, the major challenges of industry are carbon neutrality, energy saving, carbon reduction, and AI development. In practice, these goals could be achieved by reducing the high-energy-consuming equipment such as heating furnaces, distillation towers, and large windmills/blowers. TET integrates the advanced actuators (like our hands and legs), measurement technology (Big data), and high-level control/AI module (like our brain) to help users to meet their standard as a total solution.
